Description:
Required qualifications:
- BS ME with a minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience with ANSYS FEA / CFD analysis software
- Minimum 5 years of experience with CATIA CAD software
- U.S. citizen capable of obtaining and/or maintaining a DoD Security Clearance

- Direct hands-on experience with composite materials and processes, including composites manufacturing vacuum bagging processes
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively

Required qualifications:
- Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001)
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Familiarity with interpreting engineered drawings and production documentation
- Ability to perform quality audits and utilize data collection methods for analysis and reporting
- Mechanical aptitude with an understanding of manufacturing processes and basic math skills for accurate measurements
- Strong attention to detail and analysis skills for identifying defects and ensuring product compliance
- English speaking
- Understanding of the corrective action process and fault analysis (CAPA / 8D / Failure Analysis)
- U.S. citizen capable of obtaining and/or maintaining a DoD Security Clearance
