Description:

Lead complex mechanical product development for composite radome structures, including design, analysis, and manufacturing support using ANSYS and CATIA.

Required qualifications:

  • BS ME with a minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with ANSYS FEA / CFD analysis software
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with CATIA CAD software
  • U.S. citizen capable of obtaining and/or maintaining a DoD Security Clearance

Description:

Lead manufacturing operations at our Reno facility. Oversee daily production, enforce safety and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement so teams deliver on time and on budget.

Required qualifications:

  • Direct hands-on experience with composite materials and processes, including composites manufacturing vacuum bagging processes
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively
  • U.S. citizen capable of obtaining and/or maintaining a DoD Security Clearance

Description:

Ensure products meet strict quality standards by performing precise inspections and measurements throughout production, from the floor through packing and shipping.

Required qualifications:

  • Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001)
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Familiarity with interpreting engineered drawings and production documentation
  • Ability to perform quality audits and utilize data collection methods for analysis and reporting
  • Mechanical aptitude with an understanding of manufacturing processes and basic math skills for accurate measurements
  • Strong attention to detail and analysis skills for identifying defects and ensuring product compliance
  • English speaking
  • Understanding of the corrective action process and fault analysis (CAPA / 8D / Failure Analysis)
  • U.S. citizen capable of obtaining and/or maintaining a DoD Security Clearance

Description:

The candidate will be assisting in the process of prepping, finishing, and packing radome products for customers.

Minimum of four (4) Years of Previous Manufacturing Experience in the Following Categories:

  • Vacuum Molding
  • Construction
  • Automotive

Description:

The candidate will be assisting in the process of trimming, and drilling holes for composite parts.

Previous manufacturing experience in the following categories is preferred, but not required:

  • Vacuum Molding
  • Construction
  • Automotive
