The Role
Lead complex mechanical product development for composite radome structures, including design, analysis, and manufacturing support using ANSYS and CATIA.
Responsibilities
Perform finite element analysis (FEA), structural evaluations, and other engineering simulations as required using ANSYS
Design engineering including mechanical, structural, and electrical
Mentoring of junior engineers
Manufacturing engineering, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner
Coordinating with others to develop improvements in production quality and cost reductions
Diagnosing problems in production and providing recommendations and training
Recommending any materials and equipment required to improve productivity, efficiency, or quality

Qualifications & Experience
Required qualifications:
BS ME with a minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience with ANSYS FEA / CFD analysis software
Minimum 5 years of experience with CATIA CAD software
U.S. citizen capable of obtaining and/or maintaining a DoD Security Clearance
