The Role
Lead manufacturing operations at our Reno facility. Oversee daily production, enforce safety and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement so teams deliver on time and on budget.
Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate all aspects of production schedules, ensuring on-time/on-budget delivery of quality products
Supervise production teams, providing clear direction, motivation, and support to optimize performance
Enforce safety standards in production areas
Monitor manufacturing processes for quality control, ensuring products meet ISO 9001 quality guidelines and customer specifications
Implement process improvements by analyzing workflow, identifying bottlenecks, and applying lean manufacturing principles
Oversee the use of mechanical equipment, troubleshooting issues promptly to minimize downtime
Conduct regular safety audits, enforce heavy lifting protocols, and ensure compliance with all safety standards in production environments

Qualifications & Experience
Required qualifications:
Direct hands-on experience with composite materials and processes, including composites manufacturing vacuum bagging processes
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively
U.S. citizen capable of obtaining and/or maintaining a DoD Security Clearance
